These Terms govern your use of the Mungo Labs website, browser extension, and Design Partner Programme. By using any Mungo Labs product or service, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.
1. About Mungo Labs
Mungo Labs Pte. Ltd. ("Mungo Labs", "we", "us", or "our") is incorporated in Singapore. We build real-time, contextual security intelligence tools that help employees make safer decisions at the moment of risk. Our products include a browser extension and an email add-in. 2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website, installing our browser extension, using our email add-in, or participating in our Design Partner Programme, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using Mungo Labs on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.
3. Early-Stage Product Disclosure
Mungo Labs is an early-stage product. We are transparent about this. Our browser extension MVP is functional and demonstrable. Our email add-in is in early access. Additional surfaces are in development.
As an early-stage product, Mungo Labs may:
- Produce warnings that are incorrect (false positives or false negatives)
- Undergo significant changes in features, architecture, or scope
- Experience downtime, bugs, or service interruptions
Mungo Labs is not a substitute for a comprehensive security programme. It is a supplementary layer intended to support, not replace, your existing security tools and policies.
4. Permitted Use
You may use Mungo Labs products for lawful security and productivity purposes within your organisation. You may not:
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from our products
- Use our products to circumvent security controls or to conduct offensive security activities without explicit authorisation
- Redistribute, resell, or white-label our products without a written agreement
- Use our products in any way that violates applicable law
5. Design Partner Programme
Participation in the Mungo Labs Design Partner Programme is subject to a separate written agreement that governs access terms, data sharing, feedback obligations, and pricing. These Terms apply in addition to any such agreement. In the event of conflict, the design partner agreement takes precedence.
6. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property in Mungo Labs products — including software, warning logic, brand, content, and design — belongs to Mungo Labs Pte. Ltd. Your use of our products does not transfer any ownership rights. Feedback you provide as a design partner may be used to improve our products without obligation or attribution, unless separately agreed in writing.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
Mungo Labs products are provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that our products will detect all threats, operate without interruption, or be free of errors.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Mungo Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, our products — including any security incidents that occur despite the use of Mungo Labs. Our total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the fees paid (if any) in the twelve months preceding the claim.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mungo Labs and its directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your misuse of our products or your violation of these Terms.
10. Privacy
Your use of Mungo Labs is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms as our product evolves. Continued use of Mungo Labs after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be communicated to active design partners directly. The effective date above reflects the current version.
12. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Mungo Labs products shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
